Analytics EngineerHeadquartered in Newark, NJ - Telecommute PositionDESCRIPTION: Work closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Quantitative Research to design, build, and maintain data assets & modelling strategies, bringing process, rigor, and scalability to the Cirrus team. Influence product design by identifying trends from historical analysis and enabling data science with the intention of helping our business build better products, address maintenance proactively, enhance quality, and provide consumers with insights. Become a data subject matter expert contributing to analyses that can ultimately save lives via the Cirrus/V2X mission. Build data analyses, including dashboards, executive readouts, and technical deep dives resulting in actionable business outcomes. Own projects to deliver and maintain optimized, tailored datasets to internal and external users as well as product systems with cutting edge solutions, such as scalable data models in dbt and real-time streaming analytics. Partner with product owners, researchers, and various other stakeholders to identify needs & opportunities, including research and value assessment of potential new data sources under consideration for the Cirrus/V2X data environment, and make recommendations to the team. Maintain thorough documentation for the entire data stack, including a self-service data repository with robust documentation.
