As the Analyst, Workforce Org and Position, you will perform tasks related to the analysis, processing and execution of HR data within People Services. What you'll do on a typical day: Receive and execute reporting relationship changes and position data update requests
Maintain SuccessFactors system configuration
Generate position data reports and analyze data to ensure accuracy related to workflows, incentives and/or pay data.
Consult with field HR and other internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll replication errors in SuccessFactors
Participate in projects and department initiatives to implement process improvements
Monitor and manage case resolution within performance and processing standards
Participate in system testing; identify system and user-interface issues
Handle complex, confidential inquiries/requests related to employee data management or other HR functional processes
Provide excellent customer service; ensure resolutions are completed in an efficient and effective manner
Work with HR Technology or other HR team members to identify, review, research and correct problems and implement fixes
Review, update and maintain HR services documentation for assigned areas (e.g., standard operating procedures, work instructions) to ensure complete, accurate and up-to-date processes
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
1 year of related experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
It'd be great if you also have: 3 years of related experience
Experience with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, etc.
Experience with case management systems
Experience with root cause analysis
