About Analyst, Revenue management System Support

  Hilton’s Customer Experience (CX) organization is comprised of team members driving our product management, experience design, commercial capabilities and support, and call center functions. These functions are the core of Hilton’s “commercial engine” and are key to Hilton’s ability to drive profitable growth.

  What will I be doing?

  Partnering with the Manager of Revenue Management Support, you will support the Global Revenue Optimization system (GRO) and other Revenue Management Systems (RMS) within the Hilton global portfolio. You will carry out support activities for specific hotel requests and other support projects. You will coordinate with other teams relevant to each brand, region, and systems environment, serving as an authority in RMS use. Passion for support and learning will be essential!

  • Act as the first level of support for RMS and related business processes

  • Support system functionality, data configuration, conceptual/analytical questions, forecast and decisions questions, business process, data cleanliness topics, market category MCAT (Market Segment)Plus, and SRP (Special Rate Plan) Attributes

  • Learn the Revenue Management business processes and systems as they vary by brand and region

  • Learn the implementation and support processes while remaining up-to-date on process changes

  • Review the support processes to ensure they remain relevant, effective, and efficient to meet changing business standards and processes

  • Review release notes to ensure that standard practices and procedures remain current with changing Revenue Management technology

  • Liaise with other support teams when vital to ensure communication and escalation paths are in place

  To fulfil this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Previous work experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Hotel Operations or Hotel Sales.

  • High School Diploma/GED or experience in lieu of

  • You are Skilled with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Travel up to 10% (if applicable).

  It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS bachelor's degree

  • Significant experience in the travel industry, distribution systems, project management, or technical development roles

  • Previous experience managing multiple projects concurrently.

  • Ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems; ability to develop problem solving skills among team members as appropriate.

  It would be highly desirable to demonstrate the following capabilities:

  • Previous GRO, IDeaS G3 or other revenue management system experience

  • Experienced in a support role preferred.
