　　Job Description:

　　Responsible for GCGF Intake tool development, management, enabling GCGF Ops access to necessary reporting, and all supporting documentation. Interface with Front Line Units, stakeholders, control partners, use case requesters, Third Party managers, application managers to provide guidance thru the GCGF process

　　Responsibilities

　　Provide user Training on GCGF Intake System and GCGF ProcessGCGF Knowledge Center (GCF Intake help) sharepoint ownership and maintenanceGCGF Scoping Request sharepoint ownership and maintenanceDistribution Group management for automated email notificationsGCGF Intake project & process managementGCGF Intake system and sharepoint documentation, including Standard Operating ProceduresAssist with Audit remediation, as requiredPartner with teams across technology and the enterprise to complete GCGF use casesDetermine and deliver communication/training for partners (i.e., Office Hours, GCGF Inbox)Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

　　Education: B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)Certifications, If AnyExperience Range: 4-6yrs

　　Foundation skill

　　A firm understanding of software development and process improvementsExperience of driving process improvementsautomation, specifically hands-on involving process controls and programmingTroubleshooting skillsAbility to perform complex system testsCreative thinking and detail orientedStrong communication skills to support interactions with the development teamExperience developing functional requirements specifications for process automationStrong experience in data analytics and process modelingReport building experience including Excel and common BAC business intelligence tools (eSMART/MicroStrategy, Tableau); experience with Alteryx is a plusAdvanced SharePoint knowledge including site permission groups, lists, InfoPath and other form typesAble to work with little supervisionAbility to present and communicate information clearly and effectivelyAbility to collaborate effectively and professionally across the Enterprise, building relationshipsMS Excel, PowerPoint

　　Desired Skills

　　Knowledge of NIST, Cloud related frameworks and regulations and related BofA policies and standards. Understanding of Cloud architectures and models (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)Certification in CISA, CISM, CRISC CISSP or other risk/security certifications helpful
