About Analyst Direct Sales

  DESCRIZIONE DEL RUOLO

  Vendita di prodotti mirati alle esigenze specifiche dei clienti della grande distribuzione.

  Implementazione dei piani vendita per i clienti. Garantire l'attuazione delle attività stabilite dal responsabile delle vendite presso i propri clienti.

  Sviluppare il portafoglio clienti nei negozi indipendenti.

  Ospitare e partecipare a eventi commerciali chiave, ad esempio fiere, mostre, dimostrazioni in negozio ed eventi per ampliare le opportunità di vendita.

  Implementare le attività promozionali con la preparazione di aree promozionali in collaborazione con la funzione di marketing.

  Fissare target rilevanti di acquisto per i clienti in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali e lavorare attivamente per raggiungerli.

  Analisi della domanda e del mercato

  Gestioni dei reclami e garanzie.

  RESPONSABILITÀ

  Sviluppo e crescita delle vendite, sia in termini di fatturato che di margine

  Assicurare che la strategia generale dell'Azienda sia allineata ai nostri clienti e al piano di vendita complessivo.

  Garantire una comunicazione interna ottimale verso il top management, al fine di contribuire al successo delle vendite a livello più ampio.

  Assicurare che tutto il materiale di vendita, comprese le presentazioni e i prodotti pertinenti, sia presentato nel modo migliore al cliente e all'utente finale.

  Massimizzare l'efficacia dell'implementazione di tutte le attività dei clienti.

  Mantenere uno stretto rapporto con il servizio clienti.

  Comunicazione - chiara e precisa nelle relazioni.

  Presentazione - comunicazione efficace dei punti chiave durante le presentazioni, mantenendo l'interesse del pubblico.

  Consapevolezza commerciale - comprensione delle dinamiche del mercato moderno, dell'impatto delle decisioni e delle esigenze dei nostri principali rivenditori e utenti finali.

  Negoziazione - massimizzare il rendimento a costi minimi e garantire che questo sia visto come una situazione win/win per l'azienda e il rivenditore/azienda.

  Amministrazione - comprendere le dinamiche amministrative necessarie, sia interne che esterne, e utilizzare queste competenze per promuovere le vendite e i margini dell'azienda.

  Budget - mantenere il controllo dei budget stabiliti attraverso una pianificazione e un controllo efficaci.

  Capacità di gestire la pressione - capacità di mantenere la calma sotto pressione e di garantire che le situazioni di pressione non influiscano negativamente sui risultati raggiunti.

  Flessibilità- nessun problema a lavorare "fuori orario" durante la settimana e i fine settimana e a mostrare un atteggiamento lavorativo creativo e aperto.

  Gestione del tempo - per stabilire le priorità dei compiti chiave e garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali critici in modo tempestivo.
