  GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

  We are actively recruiting a Business Analyst/Senior Analyst to join ourCompensation Team.Our team is responsible for partnering across DaVita todesign, implement, and execute rewards strategies and compensationprograms that reinforce our mission, vision, and business objectives.Compensation delivers strategic business insights to executives on externallabor market factors in conjunction with our internal pay practices, and wepartner with management as well as other teams across the Village (e.g.,Talent, Diversity & Inclusion, People Analytics & Insights,Transformation). This is a highly visible role with exposure to seniorleadersh

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectationsof this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.Develop, maintain and deploy dashboards and models that deliver insights onboth internal and external pay data, informing leaders so that they can makestrategic and impactful investmentsDesign and improve processes for both new and existing initiatives thatpositively impact the teammate experience / teammate financial health(e.g., attracts, motivates, and retains teammates)Partner with multiple corporate and operating groups as an internalconsultant:Build and maintain strong relationships with HR partners and businessleadershipUnderstand business unit needs and design tailored solutionsConduct ad hoc qualitative and quantitative analysesDevelop and present insights and recommendationsDrive and support the design, execution and implementation of variouscompensation programs (e.g., merit, bonus, long term incentive, andother monetary recognition

  Qualifications :Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred0-2years relevant experienceProject experience or comparable problem solving or analytical backgroundTechnical and analytical skills, including MSExcelAbility to prioritize and balance multiple priorities from multiple sources ina fluid environmentStrong written, oral communication and presentation skills

  LANGUAGE SKILLS:

  Fluent in the written and verbal skills necessary to perform successfully theessential functions, duties, and responsibilities of the position.

  VISION REQUIREMENTS:Vision adequate to perform essential duties and responsibilities of position.

  PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  Physical requirements can vary. These must be reviewed with management.However, in general, the position requires the following physical activities:Ability to lift minimum of 2 pounds to a maximum of 15 pounds unassisted;able to sit for extended periods of time with some standing, stooping,walking, stretching, reaching; moderate range of body motions.Ability to hear and interact by phon and in person clearly and efficiently;ability to make effective presentations to management at all levels.Ability to use computer and all peripherals for extended periods of time.

  WORK ENVIRONMENT:Level III - Moderate noise (examples: business office with computers andprinters, light traffic)No required tasks involve greater exposure to blood, body fluids or tissuesthan would be encountered by a visitor. The normal work routine involves noexposure to blood, body fluids or other hazardous conditions. Normal hazardsassociated with occasional business travel.
