  An analyst on the IKC Program Strategy and Business Development Team will jointhe broader Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) team to provide value-based careservices and care coordination with the goal of increasing patientengagement, improving health outcomes, and reducing healthcare costs. OurProgram Strategy and Business Development team provides expertise onoperational inputs for our business development initiatives. Through projectmanagement and analytical research this role will work to ensure operationsrepresentation in value-based care contract decisions and support programimplementation. This role is highly cross-functional and will partner acrossmany lanes within DaVita's value-based care function. It will also be ahighly visible role, working closely with executive leadership within DaVitaand with our payor partners who are responsible for contracting.

  This is a hybrid in-person/remote position in Denver.

  Key Responsibilities:The following duties and responsibilities reflect the expectations of thisposition but are not intended to be all inclusive.

  Serving as operations representation and project management support for largeand strategic growth opportunities

  Partnering with operational, clinical, actuarial, finance, and ITteams to proactively coordinate process/project meetings, keepingminutes, and tracking action items

  Research current and potential operational capabilities through engagementwith clinical teams and analytical analysis

  Coordinating, escalating, and ensuring closure on requests betweenoperations, program management, finance, and negotiations teams

  Supporting potential new program launches with external partners

  Providing regular, efficient communication to team leadership and otherstakeholders

  Developing, scaling, and documenting new and improved processes, as needed

  Qualifications

  Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred, high school diploma or equivalentrequired

  One to two years healthcare experience preferred; understanding ofvalue-based care and/or shared risk partnerships a plus

  Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required

  Strong interpersonal skills to build credibility as a thought partnerinternally and externally
