Title of Position:AIS Teacher (could be reading and/or mathematics) - elementary level

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Common Core Learning Standards and NY state assessments

The ability and commitment to use technology as an instructional tool

Uncompromising commitment to continuous improvement

Broad experience with a variety of instructional techniques

Ability to differentiate instruction for accelerated and delayed learners

Evidence of strong classroom management skills with age appropriate experiences

Flexibility, enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to develop programs and collaborate with and support other staff

Commitment to equity and inclusion of all members of the school community

Requirements:NY State certification at the appropriate level

Salary/Stipend:$43,877 - $55,064
