　　JOB SUMMARY:

　　To fabricate, form, roll, joggle, punch, pierce, blank, and press a variety of sheet metal aircraft details. May be required to work with higher grade operators while in training.

　　JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Setup and operate various sizes of form, roll, joggle, punch, pierce, blank, and press equipment to fabricate aircraft details to specified dimensions, tolerances, and company specifications. Utilize a variety of tools, blueprints, measuring instruments, and shop aids. Plan and layoutoperational and set up sequences. Perform routine duties in loading/unloading raw material as well as hand forming and straightening operations.

　　o Uses oil or soap solution to lubricate details, places material on forming device along with necessary coverings to ensure correct form.

　　o Monitors equipment and notifies supervision or maintenance of any problems.

　　o Manage/adjust amount of pressure necessary according to form requirements and learns to set equipment appropriately.

　　o Visually checks tooling to prevent damage to equipment and formed details.

　　Utilize tool moving equipment as required and maintain and store tools.

　　Responsible for the quality of own work.

　　Performs other related duties as required.

　　Qualifications

　　EDUCATION:

　　Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification.

　　EXPERIENCE:

　　No experience required.

　　WORKING CONDITIONS:

　　Somewhat disagreeable working conditions due to surrounding machine noise, dirt, and lubricants
