　　Duties: Operate trucks or other multi-purpose vehicles to transport workers from housing (whether on or off farm) to the farm properties; haul tools, supplies, or crops; transport workers from place to place around the farm properties during the workday (including on public roads to reach farmer's fields and/or transport workers to the grocery store, bank, or laundry facilities on an as-needed basis. Load agricultural products into trucks, and drive trucks to market or storage facilities. Manually plant, spray, weed, fertilize, harvest and prune, shrubs and trees using hand tools and gas poweredequipment.

　　Operate tractors and other machinery to fertilize, cultivate, harvest and spray fields and plants. Inspect plants to detect insects or disease and inform employer. Harvesting full grown crops require digging and heavy lifting up to 75 lbs on a consistent basis throughout the day. Will maintain irrigation and fences. Due to health and safety concerns and operation of equipment on our farm, workers are required to have the ability to comprehend simple instructions in English.

　　While working in the field, cell phone usage is limited to emergency use only.

　　Not all workers are requested to drive; drivers will be required to possess a valid operators license. No one will be rejected for the position that does not possess a class D license.

　　Requirements: * Must have a minimum of six months of verifiable experience in performing the tasks described.* Extensive sitting, extensive pushing/pulling and extensive walking* Repetitive movements and frequent stooping* Exposure to extreme temperatures* Driver Requirements * Lifting requirement of 75 lbs.
