Employees will assist with all aspects of corn andsoybean production. Preparing the land for planting starts in Februaryand then planting occurs from April until June. In the summer months,July to September, employees will participate in maintenance of cropsand farm. In the fall, harvest and production would start in Septemberand run through November. Other duties will include hauling agriculturalcommodities from one location on the employer-owned farm to storage onthe employer-owned farm as well as hauling agricultural commodities fromemployer-owned farm to local market as needed throughout the fall, whichwill account for 10% of the job. Equipment to be operated/driven to/fromfarms/fields owned or operated by employer may include but is notlimited to semi-trucks. Employees will participate in the mowing of theroadside, handling grain, running the auger cart during harvest.Employees will also assist in swine and swine finishing chores, such asfeeding and watering, which account for 10% of the job.
