Schedule: 60 hours per week, 10 hours a day, Mon-Sat, 7a-6pEffective 1/1/24, overtime must be paid after 48 hours worked perweek, or 56 hours worked per week for up to 22 "peak weeks."

Worksite: Arriba, CO
Duties:We are a dryland farming operation. We raise wheat, millet, cornand sorghum. We runfarming operations from March until December as the weather permits. Jobduties will includeoperating equipment such as tractors, combines, grain carts, sprayers,hay rakes, balers andfarm trucks. We run 2 wheel and 4-wheel drive tractors. We use John DeereGreenstarmonitors in our equipment, so a knowledge of GPS technology would behelpful. Employeeswill need to assist with all areas of the farm, planting, tilling,spraying, fertilizing and harvesting.Employees will help with general maintenance, oil changes, blowing outfilters, fixing tires,greasing equipment and general repairs. Employees will help with other farmduties such asmowing, fixing fences, welding, cleaning and repairs . Employer mayprovide performancebonuses at the end of the contract at the employer s discretion.
Requirements: Job requires exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures,extensive pushing or pulling,extensive sitting or walking, frequent stooping or bending over,repetitive movements. Must beable to lift 75 lbs. Must have a regular driver's license. Requires 2 monthsfarm experience.
