Employee will be expected to help in theprocess of preparing the ground for planting soybeans. This includesrunning a tractor with an implement through the soil to prepare it to beplanted. The employee will also help in the process of planting soybeansincluding running a truck and trailer with bean seed to the planteroperator. Employee will be expected to help in the process of plantingcorn. Running a truck and trailer with corn seed to the planteroperator. Help in the maintenance of the farm equipment used to plantthe corn. Employee will be expected to help in the process of harvestingwheat, corn and soybeans then hauling the wheat, corn and soybeansharvested from the field to the grain bins. Employee will help in themaintenance of the tractors, combines and trucking equipment used toharvest and haul the wheat, corn and soybeans. Employee will need tocomplete routine maintenance and repairs on the tractor, truck, trailer,and planter. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercialCDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial or heavy truck drivingis required.

Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers,from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-uppoints to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday andback at the end of each work day.
