  Responsable de hacer los registros de nóminas tales como pagos semanales, reservas, Fondos de Ahorro y todas aquellas transacciones necesarias para mostrar los gastos correctos.Así mismo análisis semanales de inventario de empleados (HC) en sus categorías y análisis de gastos de la nómina y sus conceptos relacionados, proveyendo información a la gerencia para la toma de decisiones. Elaboración de amarres de nómina y reportes mensuales para auditoria estatutaria; al igual que contra las nóminas timbradas.

  Dar soporte a los departamentos de manufactura en el entendimiento de sus costos de nómina; enfocados a cumplir con las iniciativas y objetivos establecidos. Participación en Excelencia Operacional. Deberá de conocer y estar entrenado en todos aquellos documentos o regulaciones aplicables a su puesto. Dar Soporte a las Diferentes Auditorias.Elaboración de las pólizas semanales de nómina y conceptos relacionadosElaboración de reservas mensuales de nómina y conceptos relacionados incluyendo los impuestosElaboración de Rec’s de cuentas de balance relacionadas con el proceso de nómina y sus reservasElaboración de acumulados y reconciliaciones semanales y mensuales de la nominaElaboración de análisis de variaciones en cuentas de IMSS, SAR e INFONAVIT y sus cuentas de retencionesElaboración y registro de contabilidad electrónica relativo a la actividad de registros de nominaAnálisis de headcount y mano de obra semanal y mensual y proveer explicaciones al cierre de mes de variaciones entre presupuesto y forecastRevisión con su supervisor del headcount, mano de obra directa e indirecta y proveer información a los departamentos para dar cumplimiento a presupuesto, forecast y VIPResolver cuestionamientos de los diferentes departamentos en cuanto a variaciones de labor directa e indirecta.Participación en presupuesto para elaboración de Sueldos, Salarios y Beneficios de labor de planta JuarezParticipación en forecast en el área de Salarios, beneficios de labor de planta JuarezParticipación directa en auditoria estatutoria, contables, fiscales y corporativasInvolucramiento en los Valores y Éticas de Cardinal Health.Dar soporte al cumplimiento del Sistema y Política de Calidad.Cumplir con la responsabilidad legal en virtud de reglamentaciones nacionales o federales tales como adoptar las medidas razonables de cuidado respecto de su propia seguridad, salud y bienestar, y de las demás personas que pueden verse afectadas por sus actos u omisiones en el trabajo.Seguir los procedimientos y las políticas de EHS que se establecieronAlentar a los compañeros de trabajo a seguir los procedimientos de EHSParticipar en las actividades de participación de empleados, por ejemplo, inspecciones y Subcomités de EHS.Informar peligros e incidentes de EHS, colaborar en el análisis de las causas raíz cuando corresponda, y colaborar para hallar soluciones o implementar mejoras.Completar la capacitación obligatoria en EHS
