Overview
Responsibilities:Perform patient assessment and assign diagnosis based on recorded assessment data and current scientific and current research.Establish plan of care and implement interventions in accordance with care paths, protocols, standards of care and current research.Order and perform routine diagnostic procedures.Develop and implement treatment plans.Monitor the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.Provide education and counseling to patients, families and groups.needs.Qualifications
