Seeking an upbeat motivated individual to join our administrative team!
What You Will Do:
Vector Security is looking for a highly energetic, motivated individual with incredible organization and time-management skills.
Assists the Branch Manager in the day-to-day operations of the branch office.
Oversees the branch HR needs including preparation of payroll, and handling employees questions and issues.
Advises management in the correct procedures for disciplinary action, performance management and terminations.
Oversees branch accounting functions such as payables, receivables, billing, petty cash and preparation of accounting/financial reports.
Manages branch support staff - may perform hiring, discipline, terminations.
Liaison between Corporate HR and branch.
Supports office management staff.
Escalates human resources issues to HR Business Partner.
Active in branch safety meetings, training, and initiatives.
Assists management in the recruiting process by requesting pre-employment background checks and facilitating drug testing.
Assists with the onboarding of new hires.
Responsible for payroll timesheets and commission calculationsfor the branch.
Handles escalated customer issues.
Creates monthly financial material.
Customer service, customer retention, processing of terminations
What You Will Need:
1-3 Years Customer Service Experience -Required
High School Diploma or equivalent - Required
Proficient with Microsoft Office - Required
Leadership
Team Management plus being a Team Player, as well.
Accounting Functions
Operations Experience
HR Onboarding, Payroll, known knowledge of assisting with new hire background check and facilitating drug test.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
