Summary You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the Command & Control and Enterprise Engineering (C2E2) Department, Code 53000 of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA. Responsibilities You will analyze, develop, update center and department strategic business plans and collaboratively work with other Portfolio Managers to support center portfolio initiatives. You will formulate a business strategy for providing best products, services, and support to customers. You will ensure alignment across portfolio focus areas. You will provide assistance to scientists and engineers by reviewing/improving proposals, performs technical assessments and prioritization of proposals submitted.
