Our office is looking for an experienced, motivated Administrative/Office Assistant to support the company's day-to-day operations. The Office Assistant is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day office activities to ensure our high standards of client service are always met. Responsibilities for Office Manager
Support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
Track office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Some bookkeeping, AR AP, and payroll support
Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
Ensure office policies and procedures, and are implemented appropriately
Identify opportunities for process and office improvements, and recommend design of new systems
Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
Qualifications for Office Coordinator
High School Diploma and 2+ years of work experience in an administrative role
Accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred
Must have exceptional attention to detail and be highly organized
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
Must be a self-starter and driven
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
Must be proficient with use of Microsoft Office suits
