  Essential FunctionsOversight and coordination of designated Corporate Compliance projects and tasksProvide support to PIHP Administrative Director, Compliance Manager, and other PIHP staffIdentified Subject Matter Expert in the area of Corporate Compliance for Contract MonitoringParticipate in and / or provide support to the PIHP Corporate Compliance CommitteeCoordination of all Corporate Compliance Complaint InvestigationsCoordination of all Corporate Compliance Fraud ReferralsCoordination and monitoring of Business Associate AgreementsCoordination and monitoring of the Primary Source Verification process for Practitioners and ProvidersCoordination and monitoring of Conflict of Interest AttestationsCoordination of record requests (e.g., FOIA requests, Subpoenas)Coordination and support for data analysisMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in behavioral health or relevant fieldBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OutlookAbility to provide, exchange and explain information of a technical or otherwise complex nature.Preferred QualificationsPost-secondary educationAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience in the area of Corporate ComplianceExperience with utilizing PCE Systems software related to administrative reportingExperience with Community Mental Health, Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan, or Medicaid Health Plan entitiesNOTICE TO APPLICANTSWhen applying, be sure to include evidence that the minimum qualifications are met (resume, copy of license, copy of educational transcripts, description of years of experience, skill-based experience/training, letters of reference, etc.).This position will be hired as employment-at-will.Any offer of employment is contingent upon a Criminal Background Check, as well as a 5 Panel Drug Screen.Region 10 PIHP embraces an employment environment that promotes recovery and discovery, a person-centered approach to treatment/services, and cultural competence.
