Provide generalinformation to visitors/callers re ADRC services: Ask appropriatequestions to determine area(s) of need Explain services, programs,classes and provide literature Obtain participant data (address,emergency contact, etc.) for mailing lists and agency computer systemsReservations, Appointments, and Information: Take (by phone or inperson) reservations for: Nutrition Program dining sites maintainingattendance logs, back up registrar. Transportation services referralsHomestead, Energy Assistance, income tax assistance Foot Care Clinic:send referral form to participant's physician schedule appointments andexplain documentation and supplies needed send appointment reminderpostcard foot care filing (both- pull files prior to the appointment andre-file upon completion of the appointment) Lincoln Center facilities:schedule rooms for meetings, conferences, etc. Lincoln Centerclasses/activities: Complete registration information Collect feesMaintain records for billing Managed Care Organizations and IRISAgencies ADRC Agency Responsibilities: Complete required agencypaperwork including, payroll, time logs, and other records required foragency functioning via computer. Enter daily receipts in computer systemand reconcile cash drawer with reports Enter statistics into requireddatabases Senior Center Activities: Lincoln Center facilities: Maintaincalendar of Lincoln Center classes/activities/meetings per informationreceived Notify Facilities crew re room arrangement needs Verify monthlyLincoln Center room schedule Maintain knowledge of senior centercomputer program operations Coffee Stop: Monitor budget, stock suppliesand maintain operations Work cooperatively with Coffee Stop volunteerVolunteer Responsibility: Act as liaison between volunteers and programmanagers. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Six monthswork experience in an office setting. Experience in customer servicepreferred.
