Job Summary
Provides broad professional administrative services to support professional and management staff in multiple departments and functional areas. Assigned duties support effective and efficient completion of tasks and assigned projects resulting in achievement of organizational goals for the regional corporate center.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepares reports and presentations, often of a complex or confidential nature.
• Assignments include processing and maintaining data (facts, figures) as well as basic data analytics.
• Operate and execute tasks efficiently and effectively using various Company information systems. Assigned tasks require basic knowledge of function specific Company information systems (i.e. Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Risk Management, Real Estate, Tax, Legal etc.).
• Participate in and contributes to special projects as directed by the department.
• Schedule/coordinate meetings/events as well as logistical support.
• Handle moderately complex issues and problems
• Order and receive food/catering deliveries as well as event room set-up needs for meeting/events.
• Schedule and coordinate travel itineraries as well as prepare monthly expense reports.
• Prepare/format reports and presentations.
• Receive and respond to correspondence and maintain departmental record filing.
• Provide reception services, receiving and directing visitors or calls.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, ordering and tracking where needed.
• Send out and receive mail and packages (i.e., U.S. Postal, UPS).
• Perform multifaceted general office support (i.e., printing/copying needs, faxing).
• All other duties as assigned.

• Must possess solid working knowledge of Microsoft office systems (Word, Excel and Power Point)
