  Administrative Assistant - TMP

  The School of Nursing and Health Studies Dean's Office has a great opportunity for a Temporary Administrative Assistant to work at the Coral Gables Campus with the research team. Compensation Grade

  c103Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  Submitting business expense reimbursements in Workday.

  Prepares financial forms in Workday, Pos, work orders, check requisitions, supplier invoices, journals and payroll accounting adjustments.

  Prepare travel arrangements and reimbursements for the faculty at SONHS.

  Provides routine and general clerical support.

  Completes assignments requiring the collection, and organization of data (may provide analysis).

  Composes correspondence or selects standardized formats.

  May maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and book conference rooms.

  Assists with ongoing/new projects for the SONHS research administration team.

  Other duties as assigned.

  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  Workday experience preferred.

  Knowledge of routine office practices and procedures.

  Knowledge of simple data processing and transmission principles.

  Ability to utilize computerized information systems.

  Ability to read and decipher data on source documents to be entered.

  Ability to enter and verify information with accuracy and a reasonable rate of speed.

  Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

  Skill in data entry or typing

  Education Requirements (Essential Requirements):

  High school diploma or equivalent.

  Work Experience Requirements (Essential Requirements):

  One (1) to three (3) years of progressive related experience.
