About Administrative Assistant & Receptionist

　　Are you an excellent problem-solver? Do you have great phone skills?  Our client are looking for a detailed, inbound Call Center Representative for their customers.  This is a contract position.

　　Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

　　Handle, screen, and direct customer inquiries with a high level of customer service while maintaining adequate documentation of contact in the event follow up is required. Manage and direct incoming voicemails and online requests.Act as a main point of contact with open & professional communication.What we look for in a Call Center Representative:

　　College degree or 2-4+ years of experience in an office or customer service environmentCustomer service driven with strong listening and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracyBENEFITS OF WORKING WITH EXPRESS:
