Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and general office organization.
Assist in creating a productive and efficient office environment.
Communication:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
Documentation and Filing:
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Manage calendars and assist in time management for executives.
Travel Arrangements:
Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries as needed.Data Entry:
Accurately enter and update information into databases and systems.
Assist in data management and record-keeping.
Meeting Support:
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials.
Set up and organize meeting rooms.
Administrative Support:
Assist in various administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Handle general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
Task Prioritization:
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have -
A high school diploma is typically required.
Additional education or certifications in office administration may be beneficial.
