Current opening in Layton for a specialized company in need of a reliable and innovative Administrative Assistant to join their team. The right Administrative Assistant for this role is someone who is meticulous and organized in their work.

The Administrative Assistant will be over:

Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing

Prioritize and direct incoming business matters in a timely and efficient manner

Coordinate on-site lunches for meetings

Fielding telephone calls

Requirements

At least 1 year of administrative assistant experience preferred

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Proactive in managing tasks and workloads; flexible and able to adapt/adjust with short notice
