Description We are offering a contract for an Administrative Assistant position in Gaffney, South Carolina. This role is integral to our team, with duties spanning from handling workflow, answering phone calls, to ensuring proper service and client experience. The job function is centered around administrative tasks and requires someone with strong management skills and an aptitude for data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the workflow efficiently to ensure smooth operations

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel

• Greet guests and provide them with relevant information or direct them as needed

• Maintain open lines of communication with clients to gather additional information when necessary

• Ensure a high level of service and client experience at all times

• Utilize administrative experience to aid in day-to-day operations

• Use skills in administrative law and oversight to ensure compliance and efficient operations

• Manage administrative office tasks and responsibilities diligently

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Requirements • Possession of prior administrative experience is necessary

• Familiarity with administrative law is expected
