Local Construction client is in need of an administrative assistant.

In this administrative assistant role you will be answering phones and supporting the office with administrative tasks.

Duties will include assisting with filtering through new project leads from the website, putting together proposals from information provided by estimators, supporting Departments/Managers, as needed shredding documents, troubleshooting computer connections, filing, data entry, help with voicemails, etc. and other projects as assigned.

The ideal person will have great customer service skills and be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

Experience with MS Suite and Google Docs required.

The hours for this role are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm and this is a contract-hire job.
