Waste Connections Western Region Office is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Vancouver, WA!

　　Pay will be $23-$25 per hour DOE.

　　Schedule will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This is subject to change.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Work with other departments on small projects and tasks as needed

　　Greet and assist people in a friendly manner at the front desk

　　Make travel and accommodation arrangements for employees upon request

　　Approaching all encounters with employees, customers, and vendors in a friendly, service-oriented manner

　　Manage inventory and prepare supply orders for Western Region Office

　　Process incoming and returned mail as well as any customer correspondence that may be needed

　　Provide clerical support for the office manager along with other lines of business as needed

　　Accounts Payable

　　Other duties assigned as needed

　　Required Skills:

　　Excellent verbal and written communications skills

　　Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

　　Able to multi-task and handle stressful situations

　　Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge

　　Discretion and confidentiality

　　Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)

　　Experience as a front desk / receptionist is a huge plus!
