Description
Our client is in the Property Management industry seeking a willing and capable Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time position located in the corporate office to support all staff and resident managers by processing applications, reviewing lease documents, and preparing written tenant correspondence. They are looking for a polished candidate with exceptional oral and written communication skills, strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel and Outlook), excellent organizational skills, time-management skills, outstanding customer service skills, professional, dependable, and trustworthy. Previous experience in property management is ideal.
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and emails from Resident Managers
Investigate and resolve tenant matters
Assist with application intake, verification, and screening
Lease document review for compliance
Preparing tenant responses and property notices
Preparing legal documents
Special projects as assigned

Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment leasing and/or property management ideal
Excellent command of the English language - both written and oral
Customer service and detail oriented
Good time-management skills, ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with AppFolio Software
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen, and have a reliable vehicle, with valid driver's license and insurance.
Compensation includes an annual salary including year-end bonus, additionally, employees are provided with health care benefits after employment of 3 months’ probation period.
