Job Description
Responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business. Should be well-versed in technical office tools and software applications, calendar management, and coordinating travel and business meetings. Supports the business by proactively managing projects and enabling other team members to do their jobs. Serves as office administrator for Global Flight Operations. Coordinates meetings, appointments, and daily schedules for Flight Operations managers. Interfaces with passengers, Executive Administrative Assistants and visitors to provide assistance as needed. Works closely with aircraft schedulers to provide assistance and back-up capability. Coordinates department functions, orders catering for meetings and for aircraft, utilizes Procard for purchases, updates electronic message boards, tracks operational data, creates spreadsheets, word documents and PowerPoint presentations, greets and checks in passengers for flights, prepares expense reports, orders supplies and restocks, conference rooms, office supplies and lobby supplies, prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and presentations, United Way coordinator, event planner, attends meetings and takes notes.
Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or higher preferred
Licenses: Valid automobile driver’s license
Secretarial or Administrative Assistant experience required
Experience in using Microsoft Office software.
Experience with handling confidential data.
Comfortable in busy fast pace environment
Starting Pay / Salary Range: $56,700-$70,800
