     We are seeking an individual to fill afull-time Administrative Assistantposition in the Transportation Office.Qualifications:

  High school diploma or equivelent; coursework in construction, facilities maintanence or accounting and finance helpful but not necessary

  Proficiency in Microsoft and Google

  Strong organization and time management skills

  Attention to detail and ability to work ability

  A willingness to learn and grow professionally as workplace needs change

  Experience with dispatching or school bus transportation helpful

This is a year-round position (12 months) School Description: The Transportation Office handles student transporation for Biddeford, Dayton and Acton Schools.Brief Job Duties:The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

  Assist with scheduling of apppointments, meetings and vehicle repairs

  Communicate with students and parents in a postive and friendly way

  Maintain compliance for transportation routes and student population records

  Assist in maintaining accurate driver's files, financial records, process purchase orders including accounts payable and receivables.

  Coordinate drug screening process for all drivers

  Support payroll process as needed by verifying time, attendance, and entry
