Admin Assistant – Hybrid/Box Hill

　　The Job:

　　As an Administrative Assistant, you will be reporting to the Executive Assistant and be responsible for providing a range of operational and administrative support to them, as well as some administrative support to the HR team.

　　You will also be responsible for:

　　Championing the invoice processing requirements for the commercial team

　　Ensuring that all expenses are managed appropriately

　　Receiving all incoming mail from Australia Post and scan and distribute accordingly.

　　Coordinating the Star Track Express & UPS courier / parcel deliveries per the procedures detailed by the supplier.

　　Managing the staff requests and distribution of uniform

　　Acting as the point of contact for any building maintenance issues at Box Hill office where incidents will be logged for the relevant party to action

　　*Please note you will be expected to be in the Box Hill office every Monday and ad hoc days for meetings as required

　　The Person:

　　Extensive administration and customer service experience

　　Strong Computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Products

　　The ability to work in a highly autonomous environment

　　The ability to adhere to strict confidentiality in all dealings

　　The skills to be highly adaptable and comfortable operating in an ever-changing environment

　　Able to attend our Box Hill office on Monday’s and other ad hoc days as required
