SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.Must possess the ability to make independent decisions whencircumstances warrant such action. Must possess the ability to dealtactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors,government agencies/personnel and the public. Must be knowledgeable inthe Privacy Rule and ensure all staff comply with facility privacypractices policies and procedures. Must have patience, tact, cheerfuldisposition, and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residentsbased on the level at which they are currently functioning. Must possessthe ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing toincorporate them into existing policies and procedures. EXPERIENCE: Experienceimplementing activities in a health care setting is preferred.EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
