Responsibilities and Duties
* Process onboarding, offboarding, and transfer requests from the ticket queue to add/change/delete accounts in Active Directory, RHEL and DataBases (Oracle, DB2, MySQL)
* Provisioning and maintenance of access permissions for shared folders (NAS), configuring SFTP (WIN/RHEL)
* Maintenance and standardization of service accounts in Active Directory
* Responsible for provisioning support which includes ticket management, customer service, and knowledge of least privilege methodology with security rights, permissions and groups, experience with AD, LINUX (RHEL,Solaris, CentOS, etc.) and DB.
Skills and Requirements
Qualifications:
* 2+ year's in access management or IT help desk role
* Working knowledge of Active Directory, RHEL (ssh, sudo, passwd, shell scripting), DB (Oracle, DB2, MySQL)
* PowerShell or other scripting for AD management
* Knowledge in commands to generate users, groups, ssh keys, sftp
* Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux scripting languages
* Familiarity to automate standardized steps, perform scripts, and complete instructions lists null
