Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager to join our team located in Midland, Texas. As an integral part of our financial team, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounts receivable process, from invoicing to collections, and maintaining our customer records. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where your skills in 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Concur, CRM, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Auditing, and Billing Functions will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the invoicing process across multiple companies

• Address and resolve any missed payments in a timely manner

• Oversee collections activities to ensure timely receipt of payments

• Ensure all invoices are accurately inputted into the required invoicing system

• Update and maintain accurate client accounts on a regular basis

• Be responsible for the depositing of customer checks

• Perform additional duties as needed to support the overall financial operations of the company. Requirements • Position: Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in 3M

• Knowledge of Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with Concur

• CRM skills required

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Auditing skills are mandatory

• Proficiency in Billing Functions
