They are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to process accounts receivable and cash receipts for their organization. Monitor grant administration and prepare reports as needed and requested.

　　salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

　　Responsibilities

　　• Prepare bank deposits, complete Cash/CC Logs for all Cash Deposits, Wires and Credit Card transactions. Deposit all checks remotely and deliver cash deposits to Accounting Clerk to deposit.

　　• Enter Club Daily Deposits as received.

　　• Process credit card payments and credits.

　　• Enter all Cash Receipts & AR invoices.

　　• Reconcile Pledge Roll forward, Pledge SS, GL and RE monthly.

　　• Enter all contributions into donor database by deposit, creating batch and ensuring batch total ties to deposit.

　　• Export batch to Excel and forward to Senior Accounting Manager.

　　• Run Paid Transaction Removal by the 5th of each month.

　　• Coordinate and track receipt and accounting of assigned grant funds. Provide necessary

　　reports and documentation pertaining to each by the 10th of each month.
