Description

　　Seeking a Full Cycle Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and monitor the aging report, perform daily posting of cash, checks, ach payments and credit card payments.

　　Candidate will need to have advanced excel skill to produce reports for management. Prepare daily Accounting payment status report for future outstanding orders, Follow up on outstanding past dues and make recommendations as needed on bad debt accounts.

　　Check with D& B for credit stats weekly on all vendor accounts and report status as needed on problem accounts with Controller. Work side by side with Accounting Manager on special projects.
