Description

　　Robert Half has a new direct-hire opportunity for a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role will handle all accounts receivable and collections responsibilities. Our client offers room for advancement and a strong benefits package.

　　Responsibilities

　　Handle full-cycle accounts receivable

　　Collecting on past due commercial accounts

　　Process cash receipts

　　Handle all AR reporting for leadership

　　Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports

　　Process accounts receivable

　　Update and manage vendor accounts

　　Process credit card deposits

　　Special accounting projects as assigned

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications

　　2+ years of accounts receivable experience

　　Collections experience in a b2b environment

　　Experience working with cash receipts

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills

　　Highly detail-oriented

　　Superior customer service and data entry abilities
