Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Placentia, California. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with various departments and customers, focusing on trade receivables processing and general accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts receivables, ensuring invoices are generated with precision and promptness.

• Collaborate with customer service, accounting, and management teams to secure necessary billing documents and address any discrepancies.

• Engage detail-orientedly with customers to discuss credit claims, incorrect invoices, or other receivable issues.

• Handle the monthly processing of outside sales expense reports.

• Generate necessary accounting reports and analyses.

• Maintain detail-oriented interaction with all company departments.

• Keep open and effective communication channels with other key departments and personnel.

• Execute tasks accurately within deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing process efficiency.

• Manage multiple projects at once, especially during month and year-end periods.

• Perform general clerical duties related to job responsibilities, such as data entry, collating, photocopying, filing, etc.

• Take on other duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements • Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation

• Proficient in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Comprehensive knowledge of Billing procedures

• Expertise in Cash Applications

• Experience in Cash Collections

• Proficiency in Commercial Collections

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Working knowledge of Oracle

• Familiarity with QuickBooks software

• Experience with SAP system
