Description

　　We are partnering up with a reputable company in Encinitas, and we are actively seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team on a contract/contract-to-hire basis.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Manage accounts receivable transactions and ensure timely invoicing

　　Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies

　　Process customer payments and apply them accurately to accounts

　　Communicate effectively with customers to address billing inquiries

　　Generate reports using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

　　Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes

　　Requirements

　　College education in accounting or a related field

　　Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk

　　Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

　　Strong organizational and multitasking skills

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

　　Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

　　This is an on-site position, and remote work options are not available.
