　　Job opportunity for a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist!

　　The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle AP duties including:

　　Scanning and entering invoices into SAP

　　Working out of the shared inbox

　　Research and resolve discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders

　　Code each expense to the proper General Ledger accounts

　　Maintain vendor files and accounts

　　Review statements monthly and send to vendors

　　Answer any incoming questions (via phone and email) regarding payment status, unpaid invoices, or discrepancies

　　Assist with scheduling payments and weekly check runs

　　Annual 1099's

　　Processing Monthly Sales & Use Tax payments

　　10 + years of Accounts Payable Experience
