About Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Title: Accounts Receivable SpecialistKey Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing Accounts Payable: Using accounting software to handle accounts payable for various entities and vendors.

Invoice Processing: Receiving, verifying, and processing invoices for payment.

Reconciliation: Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.

Vendor Relations: Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.

Financial Reporting: Preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate financial records.

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Expense Monitoring: Monitoring company expenses and ensuring timely payments to vendors

Qualifications:

· Associates degree or equivalent and/or 2+ years related experience or a combination

· Proficiency in ERP systems and AP software; Syteline experience a plus

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills for vendor interaction and internal team collaboration
