Description

　　Join the ranks of this successful Hospitality company as their new detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst. This position could take your career to the next level. A dynamic organization with a growing team seeks an Accounts Payable (A/P) Analyst to match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. The permanent opening for an Account Payable Analyst is located in the Winter Park, Florida area.

　　Key responsibilities

　　Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed

　　Operate full-cycle A/P

　　Assist the AP/Finance Department with administrative tasks

　　Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling

　　Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners

　　Provide support during internal and external audits

　　Execute additional tasks as needed

　　Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed

　　Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it

　　Requirements - Competent with spreadsheets and databases

　　Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

　　Command of Code Invoices

　　Deep understanding of Microsoft Great Plains Accounting

　　Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)

　　2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred
