Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Manager. This role involves managing vendor payments, maintaining the general ledger, and resolving billing issues. You will also be expected to demonstrate skills in SAP, reporting, data analysis, process improvement, compliance, and people management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate processing of vendor payments.

• Uphold and manage the general ledger.

• Address and resolve any billing issues promptly and effectively.

• Utilize SAP systems for various accounting tasks.

• Prepare and present detailed reports related to accounts payable.

• Employ data analysis to optimize the accounts payable process.

• Implement process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.

• Lead and manage a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Handle all aspects of accounts payable, including reconciliations and adjustments.

Requirements • Proven expertise in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Strong knowledge of Compliance requirements in the IT Software industry

• Proficiency in Data Analysis techniques and tools

• Experience with General Ledger management

• Demonstrated ability in People Management

• Track record of successful Process Improvement initiatives

• Ability to produce accurate and timely Reports

• Capability to Resolve Billing disputes effectively

• Proficiency in using SAP software

• Proven experience in Vendor Payment management
