　　Responsibilities

　　· 'Assist the Accounts Payable team and be co-responsible for the input of purchase invoices and expense notes; follow up on timely payment of suppliers; assure completeness of costs during the closing

　　· Review of incoming invoices with regard to legal requirements and forwarding via an electronic workflow for approval

　　· On-time preparation and handling of payment runs

　　· Account clarification and reconciliation as well as master data maintenance in ERP

　　· Processing and recording of travel expense reports and credit card statements in compliance with legal and company regulations
