This Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk position at a dynamic organization with a growing team might be right for you! The Accounts Payable Clerk role will be situated in the Breman, Georgia area and is a permanent employment.

　　Carry out additional tasks as assigned

　　Provide internal and external audit assistance as required

　　Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs

　　Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department

　　Maintain proper storage of invoices, checks, and other documents by organizing, logging, scanning, and filing them

　　Execute full-cycle A/P

　　Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling

　　Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed

　　Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis Requirements - 2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred

　　Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must

　　Spreadsheet and database capabilities

　　Command of Microsoft Excel

　　Adeptness in Reconcile Vendor Statements

　　Check Runs experience highly desired

　　JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience

　　3 Way Matching experience preferred

　　Deep understanding of Coding Invoices

　　Established communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
