You will thrive in this Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk position at a dynamic organization with a growing team, if you can match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. 　　What you get to do every day

　　Provide support to internal business partners

　　Provide support during internal and external audits

　　Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling

　　Carry out additional projects as required

　　Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies

　　Complete full-cycle A/P

　　Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail

　　Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents

　　Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department

　　Requirements - Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel

　　Pivot Table experience

　　Foundational knowledge in batching

　　Coding experience highly desired

　　Deep understanding of VLOOKUP

　　Adeptness in Full Cycle

　　Demonstrated communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

　　Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Prior experience in an A/P role preferred
