　　Work as an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk in a stimulating work environment with a team of highly skilled professionals through this opportunity offered by Robert Half. Attending to the general administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department, this role works closely with and reports to the Accounting Manager. The primary focus of this role is matching and batching code, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L and processing checks are primary areas of focus. 　　Execute full-cycle A/P

　　Provide support during internal and external audits

　　Handle administrative tasks for the AP/Finance Department

　　Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily

　　Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents

　　Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed

　　Complete special projects on an as-needed basis

　　Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling

　　Provide support to internal business partners

　　Requirements - Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

　　Prior experience in an A/P role preferred

　　Established communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Microsoft Excel experience preferred

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
