Description

　　Robert Half is currently recruiting for an established and growing organization in Naples that is looking to add an Accounts Payable Associate to their team. This Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk position is at a dynamic organization with a growing team, and will require the candidate to match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. The permanent opening for an Account Payable Clerk is located in the Naples, Florida area.

　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Oversee full-cycle accounts payable functions for multiple locations

　　Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time

　　Help with internal and external audits as required

　　Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents

　　Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it

　　Assist the AP/Finance Department with administrative tasks

　　Carry out additional projects as required

　　Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling

　　Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners

　　Requirements

　　3+ years of accounts payable experience

　　Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Demonstrated communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

　　Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience with proficiency in spreadsheet and databases
