This role will last at least a year in duration with a possibility of going perm! Randstad offers weekly pay direct deposit and benefits!

　　Responsibilities

　　Performing Call Back Verification to new vendors to authenticate and verify vendors, requests for transaction level settlement instructions, or changes to banking instructions, address details and tax identification number. Invoice entry into Accounts Payable system.This position will involve making phone calls, responding to email queries and tracking details on excel file.

　　Phone calls-Tracking details on excel file

　　Email management and responding to emails

　　Ensuring proper information is provided in a timely fashion.
